Niccie is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once, after it has been ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if customers order the wrong size, colour, or simply changed their mind.

However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, niccie will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 07 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team through email and provide clear photos showing the issue.

If there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, then additional photos or videos will need to be sent of all affected items showing visible fault in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that niccie will not be held responsible and will not offer any replacements or refunds if the customer orders the wrong size or colour. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. Unsuccessful deliveries need to be supported by identity and proof of address. For Direct-to-Garment printing products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as faulty.
